Olli Salumeria was founded by two friends, Oliviero (Olli) Colmignoli and Charles (Chip) Vosmik. Olli Salumeria makes artisanal slow-cured meats based on original 160-year-old family recipes that were handed down over four generations to the founder "Olli". Products are made with pork from pigs raised on family-owned, sustainable farms. Items are antibiotic free, Gluten-free and non-GMO.
