Raaka's chocolates are made from unroasted cacao beans.  They so enjoy the bold, bright and fruity flavors of the unroasted cacao, and not able to find this they decided they would make it themselves with the unroasted beans.  All products are gluten free, dairy free and soy free.




Bourbon Cask Aged 82% Dark Chocolate

The first chocolate featuring cask-aged cocoa beans.  Organic cacao beans from Belize are cracked into nibs and aged in empty Berkshire Mountain Distilling bourbon barrels for four weeks.  The nibs soak up the essence of bourbon from the oak, they are then ground, mixed with organic cane and organic maple sugar and made into dark chocolate featuring notes of caramel, vanilla and oak.  Organic, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free.

71% Dark Chocolate with Pink Sea Salt

Chocolate made of cacao from the Dominican Republic and Bolivia with just the right amount of pink salt added to bring out fruity and sweet notes.  Pink Salt from Salt of the Earth Co, who sources salt from the ancient salt mines of Salinas de Maras near Cusco, Peru, and contributes a portion of proceeds back to the surrounding community.  Organic, Kosher, Non-GMO.
