The Boss Gibson oyster is cultured for three to seven years in the tides of Northumberland Straight. As a result of their growing conditions, the Boss Gibson has a clean and perfectly shaped shell. Culturing methods for this oyster ensure a good oxygen to nutrient ratio during development, which allows for its consistent and unique flavor to be maintained.
