Each wheel of Maytag Blue Cheese is handcrafted on the family farm in the family tradition that has been used for over seventy five years.  Made by hand and cave aged to develop the beautiful blue veining and signature flavor Maytag Blue is known for.  This Iowa farm is still owned and operated by grandchildren and great grandchildren of E. H. Maytag.
