Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company is a third generation farmstead creamery in California well known for their delicious blue cheesesIn 1959, the Giacomini Family purchased their dairy farm starting with 150 cows. By the mid-1990s they had raised the herd to over 500 animals. In 2000, the Giacominis and their 4 daughters made their dream to create an artisanal cheese a reality and their first cheese, Original Blue was born.  Situated near the Pacific Ocean, the certified organic grass is blanketed with a light mist of sea salt every morning. All cows are born and raised on this land, and their waste is converted by a methane digester, that in turn powers the farm and creamery’s energy needs.

Bay Blue

Inspired by the sheer natural beauty of the coastal climate and locale, Bay Blue is a rustic-style blue cheese reminiscent of Stilton.
