This is a premium choice oyster from the nutrient rich waters of London Bay off of Prince Edward Island, Canada.  These oysters have been tumbled and manicured giving them a deep cup filled with plump meats.  The extra years of handling give it a thick shell making shucking really easy.  This oyster has a delightful salty taste with a sweet and slightly smokey finish.
