This Prosciutto Di Parma comes from a combination of over fifty years of experience as well as having the best meat and conditions to create the perfect prosciutto.  Located at the foot of the Lanhiorano Hills in Italy, the sea air, combined with the winds from the hills creates the perfect aging conditions.  These boneless hams are hand-rubbed with sea salt and aged for at least 18 months, allowing the robust flavor to develop.
