Branch 27 Earth Dinners
Earth Day was founded in 1970. The first Earth Day led to the creation of the US Environmental Protection Agency and the passage of the Clean Air, Clean Water and Endangered Species Acts. The fight for a cleaner environment continues today. Fortune Fish is celebrating our planet by providing Rushing Waters Trout to Branch 27's for their Earth Dinners. Branch 27 is just one of over 100 restaurants around the country that are hosting Earth Dinners to promote local, sustainable, and organic foods. Branch 27 will be featuring a dish with Rushing Waters Trout, fresh ramps, and morel mushrooms. All proceeds will go to Chefs Collaborative. Organic Valley will then match all contributions up to $10,000. Head over to Branch 27, eat some locally raised trout, and support chefs that are making our world a healthier place to dine.
