RP's Pasta Company makes their fresh pasta as it is done in Northern Italy. They use artisan pasta making techniques that include making pasta in small batches on Italian machines, using a hand rolling process and extruding pasta through brass dyes. Sticking by their motto "Farm to Fork with a Conscience", RP's traditional noodles are made with eggs sourced from Iowa and semolina from the best mill in North Dakota. The ravioli and tortelloni are filled with Wisconsin-made cheese and Wisconsin-grown vegetables. The ingredients used make the freshest, all-natural pasta.
