Ying's Kitchen is a minority woman-owned business based in the Chicago area. More than 12 years ago, Ying Stroller, the founder and mother of three began teaching Asian cooking classes. As the classes grew in popularity and expanded around the mid-west and into television, students began urging her, "You have to bottle and sell this amazing sauce!" As a result. in 2009, Ying's Asian Sauces were born. It has long been Ying's mission to bring the great flavors and health benefits of Asian cooking to every American kitchen.
