Eastham Oysters are harvested from Cape Cod Bay, near Eastham, Massachusetts.  This region has very pronounced high/low tides which exchange the cold, nutrient rich North Atlantic water twice daily. Eastham oysters are meaty with a clean, crisp and mildly briny taste.  They are a very traditional East Coast oyster.
