These oysters are grown in the Robin’s Island waters at the eastern tip of Long Island.  Aquatrays keep these growing oysters off of the mud bed of the bay and yield a clean, uniform shell and full, bright meat with a silky texture. a delicate sweetness is immediately followed by a strong brininess due to their high salinity.
