Oysters - West Coast - Crassostrea gigas


Higata oysters are raised in Willapa Bay, Washington, in flip rack and bag systems.  This is the first 4 star BAP certified oyster.  Higata oysters have a very deep cup with a sweet taste, buttery texture and crisp melon finish.  Five dozen oysters are packed in a box, cup side down in trays.
