Domestic Choice Beef
Our ranchers follow strict protocols for the humane treatment of cattle from birth to processing. Ground chuck shoulder, with its inherent 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio, offers true beef flavor and a rich texture.
Wagyu Beef
Our Wagyu cattle raised from authentic Japanese stock follow a traditional diet and longer grow-out period to encourage
the natural marbling that is the hallmark of this world-famous beef. With a richer 75/25 lean-to-fat ratio, this buttery beef has great flavor and luxurious texture.
Domestic Lamb
Ranchers allow young lambs to thrive in a stress-free environment roaming sprawling pastures of the Rocky Mountain
States. With an 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio, this is tender and mild-tasting lamb with no gamey flavor.
Australian Lamb
Small flocks graze freely on rye and clover in the lush, mineral-rich meadows in Victoria, Australia, the region that
produces the country’s best lamb. Our ground lamb is 100% grass fed with an 85/15 lean-to-fat ratio for true lamb flavor.
Berkshire Pork
Our Berkshire hogs, renowned for superior flavor and intramuscular marbling, are raised on small farms in Iowa. We
coarsely grind whole muscle shoulder - the most intensely flavored cut - for an 80/20 blend that is the richest and most
delicious ground pork available in the market.
All-Natural Turkey
Our turkeys are humanely raised on a vegetarian and gluten-free diet of locally grown corn and soybeans that are ground right on the farm and enhanced with vitamins and minerals. A blend of rich, dark thigh meat and lean white meat yields a 90/10 lean-to-fat ratio.
Bison
The original free-range and healthy red meat, our bison live outdoors year-round and forage naturally on the vast plains in the northern U.S. and Canada with minimal human interaction. Naturally leaner than beef, ground bison offers full flavor with a slightly sweet finish, and a 90/10 lean-to-fat ratio.
Cervena Venison
As free-range as it gets without being wild, our venison are humanely raised on spacious New Zealand pastures, where
they eat a diet of native grasses, wild flowers, and herbs, and follow the strict protocols of the Cervena designation. Our
mild and tender venison is a superior-quality lean red meat with a lean-to-fat ratio of 93/7.
