The Saltworks Seaside Oyster is hand selected to ensure freshness. The oysters are farmed in the Nassawadox Creek on the seaside of the Chesapeake Bay where the salinity is higher giving the Saltworks Seaside a briny finish. Saltworks Seaside Oysters are large, about 3½ inches. These oysters are perfect for Oysters Rockefeller or other hot preparations.
