This Catalonian bread was developed using a high-hydration dough, producing a thin, crisp, delicate crust with an exceptionally light and open crumb. Excellent for traditional Pa Amb Tomaquet, or for any recipes to showcase quality ingredients. Precooked and frozen at -19° C. It takes only 5-8 minutes to prepare, bake and serve.
