Chuck (Charles) Siegel founded Charles Chocolates in 2004. Chuck spent many years learning the art of chocolate making and sold his previous chocolate company in 1995. Getting back into the chocolate business Chuck set out to make confections using only the finest ingredients, they view every chocolate as equal to the worst ingredient they use - so they only use the best.
