Suad Tanovic

Suad Tanovic started with Fortune Fish & Gourmet in 2001 as the frozen buyer and inventory manager.  Today, Suad is Vice President of Logistics and Inventory Control, overseeing Fortune's extensive, rapidly changing inventory and the management of Fortune's refrigerated truck fleet.  Suad also ensures that Fortune operations stay in compliance with HAACP regulations.

Prior to starting at Fortune Fish Company, Suad worked at the Plitt Company from 1996-2001 as a delivery driver and later as the company's  receiver and inventory manager.  Before The Plitt Company, Suad worked in the PVC pipe manufacturing business in Bosnia and Croatia before migrating to the United States. 

Tanovic grew up in Sarajevo, Bosnia and received a degree in Economics from the University of Sarajevo.  Suad currently lives in Chicago with his wife and their two children.
