HIRAMASA - Supply is limited and pricey. 

STEELHEAD -Production looks decent this week but we are expecting to experiencing supply interruptions for the next few months.

TILAPIA - A good amount of 5-7 oz and 7-9 oz Regal Springs tilapia from Honduras.  Please pre-order Blue Tilapia fillets.
