Fortune Fish & Gourmet offers the services of our Fortune Fish School to all of our customers, culinary schools and other eductional organizations associated with the hospitality industry. Classes are taught by Mark Palicki our Corporate Chef and Vice President of Marketing and Stacy Schultz our on staff Marine Biologist / Marketing Coordinator and Seafood Sustainability Coordinator. We can schedule the class here in our offices with a hands-on experience in our plant or we can come to you and teach right in your establishment.
